About me

My name is Maria, and I am an instructor and embodiment coach. I teach yoga, strength, cardio, and running, and I host monthly embodiment workshops. My academic journey began with philosophy, but over the last years, I have shifted my focus toward the body, studying anatomy, physiology, later with a particular focus on the nervous system. Alongside my formal studies, I have gained practical knowledge through my work as a group instructor and PT, and through my studies and love for yoga.

I am deeply moved by embodiment practices, and remain forever fascinated by the wisdom of the body. My wish is to create arenas where people can practice feeling safe enough to allow more of life, in their meeting with themselves, others, and life itself.

I am fascinated by human relations, which is a cornerstone of my work. Whether it is through yoga, a workshop, or a creative project, my hope is to facilitate a deeper intimacy with life, strengthening the connection we have to ourselves and to each other.
